Important: There may be times when you or your customer goes online to view your website and it may not be displayed correctly. The cause may be one of many and commonly it is not a fault of the server being "down." Just wait a little while and try again. Please feel free to email support to give us a heads up that there may be an issue with the hosting server but more often than not, your site will be "back online" very soon. Our servers are monitored 24/7 and technicians address any problems promptly.
