Basic Website Update Request

This form is for our WordPress Care Plan clients. Please use this form to submit your requests for the Basic Updates included in your monthly plan.

Please only submit ONE task PER form.

IMPORTANT – Basic tasks are those that can be completed in 15 minutes or less. If your submitted task exceeds that we'll notify you with a cost estimate for the new project and allow you to decide how to proceed.

Basic Update Request Form

  • Please enter the *specific* web page where this update will need to be made. e.g. If you are changing the telephone number on your contact page, enter the specific URL of your contact page such as https://yourdomain.com/contact-page.
  • Please describe your BASIC TASK that can be completed in 15 minutes or less. Explain the update task in as much detail as possible. e.g Add the attached staff bio photo to our Contact Us page as the third bio from the top. The name of the staff member is Jane Smith with the title of Sales Manager.
